Full Time Behavioral Interventionist

📋 Description

• Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children with autism.
• Help design and deliver care for children with neurodevelopmental differences.
• Deliver ABA-based interventions per individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and clinicians to support goals.
• Follow crisis protocols, including de-escalation and mandated reporting.
• Document session data to track progress and outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working with children; autism experience is a plus.
• Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days.
• High School or equivalent; bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• Tech-savvy with EMR systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel 30–40 min between client sites.
• On-site role in Glendale, CA.
