📋 Description

• Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children with autism.
• Implement behavior strategies per BCBA plans and track progress with data.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to build supportive environments.
• Follow crisis protocols including de-escalation and mandated reporting.
• Travel between client sites within 30-40 minutes; reliable transportation.
• Document sessions and progress to support treatment goals.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working with children; autism a plus.
• High school or equivalent; bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days.
• Tech-savvy with EMR systems and Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to travel between client sites within 30–40 minutes radius.
