📋 Description

• Complete Cortica orientation and BCAT training.
• Provide 1:1 and group ABA services to children with autism.
• Implement behavior strategies with BCBA guidance.
• Document session data to track goals.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors for support.
• Follow Cortica crisis protocols and mandated reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 6 months experience in ABA.
• Experience working with children (autism a plus).
• Masters, bachelor’s, or high school diploma (education optional).
• Willing to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days.
• Availability for weekday afternoons/evenings and optional Saturdays.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
