Full-Time Behavioral Interventionist

📋 Description

• Deliver one-on-one ABA sessions to children with autism.
• Implement ABA strategies under BCBA supervision; follow treatment plans.
• Collect and document session data to track progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinicians to design care plans.
• Attend orientation and BCAT training; participate in ongoing development.
• Follow Cortica crisis protocols and maintain safety during sessions.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working with children; autism is a plus.
• Masters or bachelor's degree, or high school/equivalent.
• Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (30-40 min radius).
• Proficient with EMR systems and Microsoft Office.
• Availability for weekday afternoons/evenings and optional Saturdays.
