Full Time Behavioral Interventionist

📋 Description

• Deliver 1:1 and group ABA services to children.
• Complete orientation and BCAT training; 4 week onboarding.
• Use evidence-based practices to support families.
• Document session data to track treatment goals.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to build supportive environments.
• Follow crisis protocols including de-escalation and reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working with children; autism a plus.
• Masters, Bachelor degrees, high school or equivalent accepted.
• Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days.
• Available for weekday afternoons and evenings and optional Saturdays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (30-40 min drive).
• Tech savvy with EMR systems and Microsoft Office.
