📋 Description

• Design, develop, and teach online courses in teacher education and literacy education
• Create an inclusive, supportive, and engaging learning environment for diverse adult learners
• Maintain current knowledge of literacy education, teacher preparation, and evidence-based
• Uphold institutional academic policies and promote ethical academic practices
• Maintain a productive scholarly agenda and contribute to research and professional publications
• Participate in curriculum oversight, academic planning, and program improvement initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Terminal degree in education or a related discipline
• Must currently reside in California for CCTC purposes
• Active and valid California teaching credential
• Demonstrated teaching and scholarly experience in literacy education
• Professional experience in K-12 education, particularly within California classrooms
• Previous experience teaching online in higher education is preferred
