• 1+ year in customer service and sales
• Cash handling and opening/closing procedures
• Supervisory experience coaching, feedback, training
• Problem-solving day-to-day customer service issues
• Fast-paced team environment; flexible schedule including evenings/weekends/holidays
• Knowledge and passion for skincare and ethical beauty
