📋 Description

• Lead and inspire a team of sales associates on the shop floor
• Drive sales using StoreForce dashboard; coach and adjust shop floor
• Open/close store; manage cash handling and register
• Deliver world-class customer experience; product demonstrations
• Train peers; lead by example to develop skills
• Maintain brand standards and store operations

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service and sales
• Experience in cash handling and opening/closing procedures
• Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, training
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Strong communication and problem-solving in fast-paced team
• Knowledgeable about skincare or cosmetics is a plus
