• Driving sales using StoreForce dashboard and coaching the team to meet goals
• Delivering world-class customer experience and product demonstrations

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales
• Minimum 1 year of cash handling and opening/closing procedures
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training
• Minimum 1 year of problem-solving customer service issues
• Minimum 1 year of fast-paced team environment
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business
