• Lead and inspire a team of sales associates on the shop floor.
• Drive sales using StoreForce analytics and coaching.
• Deliver world-class customer experience with product demos.
• Uphold brand values, skincare knowledge, and visual merchandising.
• Manage cash handling, opening/closing, and store security.
• Develop teammates through coaching, feedback, and training.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales
• Cash handling and opening/closing procedures
• Supervisory experience coaching, feedback, and training
• Knowledge and passion for skincare/cosmetics
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Experience with consultation-based customer service models (preferred)
