📋 Description

• Provide home health aide, skilled nursing, and rehabilitative care to clients at home.
• Complete hospice visits across New Castle County.
• Work with a multidisciplinary health care team.
• Deliver 1:1 patient care in the home setting.
• Must have reliable transportation to assigned locations.
• Adhere to BAYADA infection prevention protocol and PPE use.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of work experience.
• Must be listed on the Delaware Aide Registry, active and in good standing.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Pass the BAYADA Competency Evaluation Examination.
• Criminal background check completed.
• Meet all state requirements.
