Full-Time Licensed Therapist- Maryland

📋 Description

• Carry a caseload of 25–36 sessions per week via telehealth
• Work mostly weekday afternoons/evenings (2–9 PM); weekend availability a plus
• Conduct intakes and build client-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans
• Collaborate with therapists, PMHNPs, and psychiatrists
• Maintain timely documentation in our EHR
• Support families with education and care coordination

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or family counseling
• Active Maryland license: LGPC, LCPC, LMSW, LMFT or LCSW-C
• Experience with children, teens, and families
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
• Strong tech skills; Zoom, GSuite, EHRs
• Committed to trauma-informed, culturally responsive practice
