Conduct virtual patient assessments (history, symptoms, guided exam as appropriate)
Diagnose and manage GI-related conditions per clinical protocols
Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests within scope
Develop and update individualized care plans with supervising physicians and care team
Escalate complex/high-risk cases to supervising physician as needed
Document encounters accurately in the EHR; participate in reviews and team meetings

🎯 Requirements

Current, unrestricted PA-C license in the United States
Willing to obtain additional state licenses (Cylinder covers costs)
Experience managing chronic conditions or GI (IBS, IBD)
