📋 Description

• Conduct diagnostic interviews via video sessions to assess OCD
• Deliver ERP/ACT-based therapy via live video sessions and app messaging
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and therapists to inform treatment decisions
• Refer to external resources when appropriate
• Engage in ongoing collaboration and mentorship within the team

🎯 Requirements

• Independently Licensed Mental Health Professional
• MA degree or higher in behavioral/mental health
• Full and unrestricted license to practice in your state
• 6+ months experience with ERP/CBT/ACT
• Experience with OCD treatment using ERP/ACT preferred
• Organized, quick learner, strong communicator, time management
