Fullstack Engineer, Assesment

📋 Description

• Design, build, and ship backend services and APIs for the assessment platform at scale.
• Own features end-to-end from design to implementation and release.
• Build evaluation pipelines and data models with AI-powered scoring.
• Contribute across the stack, including candidate and expert surfaces.
• Relate research to production by partnering with product/AI/data teams.
• Leverage AI coding tools to accelerate development while maintaining quality.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Backend fundamentals: API design, data modeling, distributed systems, relational DBs.
• Comfortable across the stack with React/TypeScript.
• Experience with LLM-powered features in production is a plus.
• Experience with AI development tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot, Codex) to speed dev.
• Strong testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
