Fullstack Software Engineer, Applied AI

📋 Description

• Design, implement, and deploy end-to-end AI workflows and agents.
• Build agent architectures, evaluation pipelines, and performance frameworks.
• Translate AI research into production-ready solutions.
• Communicate technical decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, GTM, Recruiting, Product to drive automation and impact.
• Contribute to LangChain/LangGraph ecosystem, open-source docs and shared tools.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years shipping AI/ML-powered apps (incl. 1 year building LLMs in production).
• Hands-on experience implementing evaluation and monitoring systems for agents/workflows.
• Deep understanding of prompting, retrieval, orchestration, inference APIs, and model selection across modalities.
• Strong coding skills in Python or TypeScript (ideally both).
• Excellent communicator who can simplify complex technical ideas for diverse audiences.
• Thrives in a fast-moving, ambiguous startup environment; identifies high-impact problems and drives them to completion.
