3+ years in full-stack software engineering roles
Experience building products, internal platforms, frameworks, or infrastructure
Depth in at least one: AI agents, developer platforms, product UX, distributed systems, or security
Ability to own work end to end
LLM APIs, agent harnesses, MCP, or AI-assisted coding experience
Fluent in English
