📋 Description

• Act as a senior technical leader across the engineering org.
• Drive architecture, direction, and cross-team challenges.
• Operate as a technical authority and multiplier, not people manager.
• Own critical fullstack architectures across frontend and backend.
• Hands-on coding, code reviews, and mentoring engineers.
• Collaborate with product and leadership on scalability, cost, and security.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as staff/principal/senior software engineer in fullstack.
• Frontend: React, Next.js, TypeScript.
• Backend: Golang and/or Python; distributed systems & scalable APIs.
• Strong fundamentals: data structures, system design, design patterns.
• Hands-on with AWS and cloud-native architectures; SQL and NoSQL.
• Excellent communication; English fluent; Spanish a plus.
