📋 Description

• Assisting customers, courier partners, and venues across multiple countries via live chat and phone
• Helping ensure smooth and efficient delivery operations
• Growing your skills while working with teams across Wolt to improve our support operations

🎯 Requirements

• Clear and empathetic communicator with a naturally customer-focused approach
• Learn new things quickly and feel comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Availability to work 5 days per week across different shift types, including mornings, evenings
• Written and spoken fluency in Georgian and professional working proficiency in English
• Work well independently and feel comfortable in a remote environment
• No previous customer service experience required; experience is a bonus but not a requirement
