📋 Description

• Analyze current-state financial management systems, business processes, data flows, and
• Conduct assessments of financial operations, technology environments, and enterprise capabilities
• Elicit, document, and validate business, functional, and technical requirements through stakeholder
• Evaluate accounting, payroll, workforce management, financial reporting, and related operational
• Assess existing system architectures, integrations, interfaces, and data dependencies
• Develop current-state and future-state process models, capability assessments, and transformation

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, Public
• 10+ years of experience supporting financial management, business transformation, systems analysis
• Demonstrated ability to bridge business and technology perspectives within complex organizations
• Experience translating financial management requirements into system, process, data, and
• Strong understanding of financial management functions, including General Ledger Accounting, Budget
• Experience conducting business process analysis, requirements gathering, and capability assessments
