• Analyze and reverse-engineer requirements from the VistA/MUMPS Prosthetics module.
\n
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workflow analyses, and gap assessments.
\n
• Translate needs into user stories, epics, processes, and acceptance criteria.
\n
• Support legacy VistA/MUMPS healthcare systems and enterprise apps.
\n
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, and project managers.
\n
• Support Agile delivery including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and UAT.
\n

🎯 Requirements

\n
• Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or related discipline.
\n
• 5+ years as a Business Analyst supporting enterprise IT or healthcare modernization programs.
\n
• Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements for complex systems.
\n
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and requirements management.
\n
• Functional understanding of VA VistA and Prosthetics workflows to extract and validate rules from system behavior.
\n
• Experience facilitating stakeholder discussions and translating business needs into technical solutions; proficient with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Visio.
