📋 Description

• Own end-to-end Engineering and R&D processes across CAD, PDM, PLM, ERP.
• Govern the engineering system landscape and support daily operations.
• Bridge Engineering, Operations and ISM with process and system expertise.
• Establish governance for CAD, PDM, and PLM systems.
• Translate business needs into PLM concepts and changes.
• Support PLM initiatives and cross-functional integration with ERP.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong understanding of Engineering and R&D processes.
• Experience with CAD, PDM, and ideally PLM systems.
• ERP integration experience (BOM, parts, change management).
• Ability to work across heterogeneous system landscapes.
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking with a hands-on mindset.
• Domain authority for Engineering and PLM; strong stakeholder communication.
