📋 Description

Own end-to-end Service processes (Installed Base, Contracts, Work Orders, Billing)
Act as primary ISM contact for the Service organization
Translate business requirements into functional system solutions
Functional ownership and configuration of Service in IFS Cloud
Analyze incidents, problems, and change requests
Ensure system stability and data quality; promote effective usage

🎯 Requirements

Strong understanding of Service processes in industrial/asset-based environments
Hands-on experience with IFS Cloud Service modules (preferred)
Openness to work with heterogeneous application landscapes
Ability to translate business requirements into sustainable functional solutions
Structured, analytical, and pragmatic with strong ownership
Very good English; German is a plus

🎁 Benefits

Salary from €3500 gross/month, depending on experience
Hybrid work model
13th salary (100% of monthly gross)
