Functional Consultant Lead — Rossum Solution Delivery

📋 Description

• Lead the Rossum-functional standard for schema design, workflow, business rules, configuration
• Set and model AI-performance-tuning standards; codify successful approaches into plays, specs, and
• Partner with the Principal Innovation Architect to pilot AI-native functional delivery practices
• Define and operate the interface with Coupa Engagement Management during client-facing project
• Operate as a peer in the four-person leadership group shaping services delivery at Rossum and Coupa

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in enterprise SaaS implementation, functional consulting, or Professional Services
• 3+ years managing or leading a team
• Deep hands-on experience with Intelligent Document Processing or a comparable AI-application
• Familiarity with AI-native delivery methods (spec-driven delivery, agent-assisted implementation
• Experience negotiating working interfaces across organizations; credible peer in an opinionated
• Prior Rossum, Coupa, SAP, or NetSuite ecosystem familiarity is a plus
