Functional Consultant & Project Manager

📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end implementation journey from requirements to delivery.
• Design scalable, tailored ERP automation solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering to integrate with customer systems.
• Be the client’s trusted partner - surface insights and realise value.
• Work with sales to design implementation plans and drive adoption.
• Feed the product loop - translate feedback into improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s in Business, Engineering, CS, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in consulting, technical implementation, process automation, or PM.
• Excellent project management; ability to handle multiple projects.
• Fluent in German and English; strong communication with clients.
• Experience with ERP environments or AI-driven SaaS is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with P2P or O2C processes is a plus.
