Functional Consultant & Project Manager

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end ERP implementation from requirements to delivery.
• Design scalable, tailored ERP solutions aligned with customer workflows.
• Collaborate with engineering to adapt the system and integrate with existing tech.
• Be the client’s trusted partner, anticipate needs, and maximize automation value.
• Partner with sales to design implementation plans and drive product adoption.
• Translate feedback into long-term improvements to evolve the platform.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Finance, Engineering, CS, or similar.
• 2+ years in consulting, technical implementation, process automation, or PM.
• Excellent project management across multiple projects.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Fluent in German and English; strong written/verbal skills.
• Experience with ERP environments or AI-driven SaaS is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with P2P or O2C processes is a plus.
