🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, CS, or equivalent.
• 2+ years in consulting, technical implementation, automation, or PM.
• Excellent project management skills; manage multiple projects.
• Cross-functional collaboration with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and communication skills to translate needs.
• Fluent in German and English; comfortable presenting to clients.
