• Qualify and screen top-of-funnel candidates for ERP/SaaS roles
• Master sourcing and ATS tooling — Ashby and Juicebox — to identify and convert candidates
• Partner with hiring managers across the DACH and UK regions
• Develop creative sourcing techniques for P2P, O2C, ERP backgrounds
• Deliver exceptional candidate experiences as a brand ambassador

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience
• 5–7 years of outbound talent sourcing in high-growth environments
• Data-driven approach using metrics to improve effectiveness
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
• Passion for creating outstanding candidate experiences
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple priorities
