🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related
• Between 5 and 8 or more years of experience working with Oracle Cloud Recruiting and Onboarding
• Demonstrated experience delivering full-cycle Oracle Cloud Recruiting implementations, from
• Strong understanding of recruitment and onboarding workflows, process orchestration, configuration
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions that meet client needs
• Experience facilitating client workshops, leading functional discussions, delivering presentations
