📋 Description

• Handle and prioritize incoming requests via a shared mailbox; coordinate across planning
• Monitor and track requests, ensure completion, escalate issues, and update stakeholders.
• Learn additional workflows as needed.
• Maintain financial structures, budgets, and cost milestones.
• Support forecasting, budget tracking, and invoice processing.
• Perform data entry and reconciliation of study-related financial data.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (2 to 5 years’ experience preferred)
• Strong organization, multitasking, and time management skills
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated
• Experience with financial systems and data entry
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical processes and planning tools like Planisware(E7) and SAP (Preferred)
