🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong foundations in data structures, algorithms, and testing.
• Professional or substantial project experience with functional programming.
• Strong debugging, analytical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to code quality, correctness, and maintainability.
• Experience with Haskell, Scala, OCaml, F#, or Clojure (preferred).
