Functional Solution Architect (Workday)

📋 Description

• Lead functional configuration of Workday Financial modules aligning with business needs.
• Gather, analyze, and translate stakeholder needs into Workday designs.
• Design, configure, and maintain end-to-end Workday financial processes.
• Create and maintain functional design docs and configurations.
• Develop and validate Workday basic and advanced reports.
• Plan and support UAT, testing cycles, and deployments.
• Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvements.
• Partner with finance teams to optimize processes and ensure policy alignment.
• Communicate project status, risks, and updates to leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Workday Financials.
• Experience configuring Workday processes and functional designs.
• Functional expertise in Workday Financial areas (e.g., Banking, Budgets).
• Strong understanding of GAAP and IFRS.
• Experience creating and managing Workday Basic and Advanced reports.
• Experience supporting UAT, testing, deployments, and post-launch support.
