📋 Description

• Conducting level 2 support, warranty service and maintenance of ITMIS Application
• Evaluate whether an incident should be worked, deferred, or escalated based on issue severity.
• Monitor system performance and generate periodic performance/monitoring reports
• Making resolution reports
• Updating the documents including deliverables
• Making software change logs

🎯 Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting/ Business Management/ Finance.
• 3 years' experience in finance (budgeting process, accounting, debt and payroll) with utilisation
• Qualifications in ICT will be an added advantage.
• Experience working in the public financial management reform program and working with information
• Must be able to write and speak English
• Based in South Tarawa, Kiribati
