Fund Accounting Operations Support (Philippines)

📋 Description

• Execute daily fund accounting tasks within Flowdash workflow queues according to established
• Investigate and resolve variances and discrepancies promptly
• Evaluate portfolio company events and data, and assist the team in determining the appropriate
• Assist in pulling supporting documents for external auditors to ensure timely completion of fund
• Prepare quarterly financial statements and capital account statements
• Maintain and update fund accounting data across systems, including data cleanup projects

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in fund accounting at a fund administrator
• Basic understanding of accounting principles, including debits, credits, and double-entry
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with financial data accurately
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Comfortable learning and working with accounting software and financial systems
