Fund and Product Operations Associate

📋 Description

• Support scalable operating models for new funds and products across jurisdictions
• Collaborate with Product, Investments, Finance, Legal and Compliance on product launches
• Assess regulatory, tax and market developments and their impact on products
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements for efficiency and control
• Support governance frameworks, including documentation and service level agreements
• Coordinate onboarding of new funds, products and third-party providers

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) or equivalent experience
• Experience in operations or finance within asset management (ideally across alternative or real
• Understanding of fund structures and governance frameworks
• Strong problem-solving skills with practical solutions
• Ability to work collaboratively across diverse stakeholders
• Good understanding of operational processes, controls and target operating models
