Fund and Product Operations Associate

📋 Description

• Supporting the design and implementation of scalable operating models for new funds and products
• Collaborating with Product, Investments, Finance, Legal and Compliance teams to deliver successful
• Assessing regulatory, tax and market developments and considering their impact on products and
• Identifying process gaps and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency, control and
• Supporting governance frameworks, including maintaining process documentation and service level
• Coordinating onboarding of new funds, products and third-party providers, ensuring smooth execution

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) or equivalent experience
• Experience in operations or finance within asset management, ideally across alternative or real
• Understanding of fund structures (open or closed-ended) and governance frameworks
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and implement practical solutions
• Ability to work collaboratively across a wide range of stakeholders and functions
• Good understanding of operational processes, controls and target operating models
