Define and execute a roadmap for Canadian funds, including AI-enabled automation.
Provide expertise in IFRS, ASPE, and Canadian GAAP.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years of VC/PE Canadian fund accounting experience
Expertise in IFRS, ASPE, and Canadian GAAP
Attention to detail with strong numerical accuracy
Team-oriented problem solver in time-sensitive environments
Ability to build and scale processes to reduce risk
Liaise with clients and represent Carta as SME in Canadian VC/PE fund back-office ops
