Fund Finance & Control Senior Analyst

📋 Description

• Providing independent financial control and reviewing financial information prepared by third-party
• Reviewing period-end outputs, balance sheet reconciliations and supporting evidence to ensure
• Applying technical accounting judgement to routine and non-routine transactions, including
• Challenging accounting treatments, inconsistencies and control weaknesses constructively and
• Reviewing draft and final financial statements against underlying records, judgements and agreed
• Preparing initial going concern assessments and supporting external audit requirements

🎯 Requirements

• A newly qualified accountant with a strong foundation in technical accounting and financial control
• A sound understanding of accounting principles, balance sheets and reconciliations
• Experience supporting external audits in a preparer or reviewer capacity
• Real Estate or Real Assets experience, including exposure to property structures or funds
• An audit background, ideally gained within a Big Four or equivalent environment, or comparable
• Experience reviewing, overseeing or constructively challenging outsourced accounting providers
