Fund Finance Senior Analyst - Public Markets

📋 Description

• Supporting the oversight and day-to-day operation of the fund finance, expense management and
• Reviewing fund budgets, expense accruals, capped expense arrangements, invoice payments and expense
• Acting as a key point of contact for invoice processing queries and fund expense matters
• Overseeing third-party service providers, reviewing their outputs and following up on issues or
• Analysing fund expense trends, budget variances, capped expense positions and payment issues
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes, procedures, controls and reporting efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• At least three years’ relevant experience within the funds industry, such as fund administration
• Practical experience of fund expenses, budgets, invoice processing, accruals, allocations, capped
• Experience working with third-party or delegated service providers
• Strong Excel and financial data analysis skills, with the ability to identify variances and resolve
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging internal and external
• An organised, detail-focused and proactive approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
