Fund Operations Senior Associate - Distributions

📋 Description

• Review distribution requests and supporting documentation for accuracy, completeness, and
• Coordinate cash distribution and wire workflows, including preparing payment instructions, tracking
• Review investor and fund data, including ownership information, payment instructions, distribution
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies, exceptions, and operational breaks, escalating material
• Maintain clear documentation and audit trails supporting distribution calculations, approvals
• Identify recurring operational issues and drive process improvements that increase distribution

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in private equity, venture capital, private funds, fund
• Experience supporting middle- or back-office operations for private investment funds, with exposure
• A working understanding of private fund structures and the operational relationship between funds
• Experience working with high-volume, detail-oriented operational processes where accuracy
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to review financial and operational data, identify
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including communicating issues clearly, escalating
