Funding Delivery Manager

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end auto funding delivery to partners and investors on time.
• Build scalable funding processes, controls, and reporting for growth.
• Investigate funding exceptions and delivery failures via root-cause analysis.
• Establish loan file quality standards for saleability and regulatory compliance.
• Partner with Product, Ops, Capital Markets, Servicing, Compliance, and Eng to design scalable workflows.
• Develop metrics and dashboards to monitor funding health and inform decisions, using AI responsibly.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Economics, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years in lending operations, loan funding, or capital markets ops.
• Experience managing loan funding, delivery, investor reporting, or post origination ops.
• Experience using metrics and data to investigate issues and drive improvements.
• Experience partnering across capital markets, engineering, servicing, product, and compliance.
• Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools responsibly to speed analysis and reporting with human judgment.
