Funding Specialist Lead - South Region

📋 Description

• Coordinate with funding leadership, branch managers, rehabilitation technology suppliers, and
• Monitor transaction cycle time from coding and pricing completion through documentation completion
• Provide funding support during employee absences, vacancies, leave periods, and other operational
• Request, gather, and review funding documentation, including prescriptions, Letters of Medical
• Verify insurance coverage, communicate benefits and coverage details to clients, and ensure
• Maintain professional, timely communication with referral sources, physicians, therapists

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in Durable Medical Equipment (DME) and/or Complex Rehabilitation
• Extensive knowledge of funding processes and insurance requirements for DME and complex
• Experience processing both repair and non-repair funding cases is preferred.
• Experience using Mobility Advisor or comparable data management and funding systems.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to guide, coach, motivate, and develop team
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work
