Fundraising Assistant

📋 Description

• Stewardship of individual givers, corporate groups, and volunteers.
• Act as first point of contact for individuals enquiring to support FareShare.
• Send donors information and fundraising materials to support fundraising.
• Support charity champions regionally via calls and emails.
• Ensure supporter interaction points (phone, post, email) meet standards.
• Write thank you letters and manage all post for the fundraising team.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience of customer care in a charity or sales environment.
• Experience keeping good administrative records.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, especially on the telephone.
• Good relationship building inside and outside an organisation.
• Ability to meet objectives and deadlines; work well in a team.
• Knowledge of fundraising, admin work, database updates, and numeracy.
