📋 Description

• Coordinate fund- and transaction-related filings across global jurisdictions.
• Manage end-to-end regulatory submissions and filings.
• Serve as central point for transaction and fund regulatory activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external counsel.
• Maintain records for fund entities, closings, and filings.

🎯 Requirements

• Seven+ years in investment funds or fund entity management.
• Experience coordinating multi-party processes with internal teams, external counsel, and regulators.
• Excellent organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including with executives.
• Proficiency using AI-assisted tools.
