📋 Description

• Implement end-to-end full-stack features across the platform (backend APIs and frontend dashboards)
• Model and configure each client's lending domain: loan types, rules, templates
• Build client automations and workflows across the loan lifecycle
• Integrate with credit bureaus, KYC providers, banking rails, and documents services
• Ship AI-powered features: LLM automations, agentic workflows, tool-using agents
• Own features end-to-end: scope, tests, deploy, monitor, iterate

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Backend stack: Node.js/TypeScript, Python, or Go; REST/GraphQL APIs
• Frontend: React (Next.js a plus), TypeScript, modern state management
• PostgreSQL and data modeling for transactional systems
• Cloud deployment (AWS/GCP), CI/CD, observability
• English proficiency; able to collaborate asynchronously with distributed teams
