• Cross-functional exposure and visibility to senior leadership.
• Rotations may involve different locations within the U.S.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of progressive business experience (e.g., consulting, IB, PE, HR).
• Currently pursuing or recently completed an MBA from a top-tier program.
• Strong business acumen, critical thinking, and structured problem-solving skills.
• Passion for data-driven decision-making and people/HR analytics.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills for senior stakeholders.
• Interest in AI, emerging tech, and HR trends.
