🎯 Requirements

• PhD in Chemical/Bio Engineering or related field (0+ years) or BS/MS with 10+/8+ years respectively
• Strong background in chemical engineering and proven problem-solving skills.
• Effective oral and written communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Hands-on laboratory experience in process development.
• Working knowledge of analytical techniques (UV/Vis, HPLC, FTIR, Raman, mass spectrometry
• Experience with process scale-up, laboratory experimentation, and process modeling.
