FX Customer Relations Executive

📋 Description

• Provide daily operational and trading assistance to corporate clients
• Service a portfolio of 300 clients trading through the EBO platform
• Understand and address clients' business activities and FX needs
• Ensure clients use Ebury as their main platform for trading and international payments
• Resolve client issues as they arise across multiple platforms
• Identify and promote new commercial opportunities to sales/commercial teams
