• Track record of sales management within B2B FX or cross-border financial services.
• Financial Services experience; a network is advantageous.
• First-class communication skills.
• Ability to mentor, coach and develop people.
• Skilled negotiator; build relationships at senior SME levels.
• Fluent in Romanian and English.
