• Multiple years of product-building experience; hands-on; strong IC.
• Experience building roadmaps from uncertainty to clarity.
• Experience integrating in-house services and third-party systems.
• Experience developing product strategies involving financial systems or regulations.
• Flexible, hands-on; willing to roll up sleeves when needed.
• Analytically minded; frame problems, hypotheses, and measure outcomes.
